He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile, graduating in 2015.

Diploma in Labor Legislation and the New Collective Bargaining Framework, Universidad del Desarrollo, 2018.

From 2018 to 2025, he worked in the Labor Services team at PwC Chile, rising to the position of Manager. Previously, from 2015 to 2018, he practiced labor litigation and advisory work at Mankuk Consulting.

His practice focuses on advising in matters of legal, social security and related criminal compliance. He has advised and led multiple investigations as an independent expert, conducted labor audits and due diligence reviews, participated in collective bargaining processes, handled litigation and delivered training sessions across all types of industries — both on-site and remotely — for all levels of workers.
