He holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, graduating in 2014.

From 2016 to 2025, he served as Director of the Tax & Legal department at PwC Chile, specifically within its Labor Services team. Previously, from 2011 to 2016, he worked in the litigation team at the law firm Eyzaguirre & Cía.

His practice focuses on labor law and personal data protection. In the labor field, he specializes in employment, social security and related criminal matters, having advised and conducted investigations as an independent expert for companies across various industries (agriculture, mining, construction, maritime, among others). He has also conducted dozens of labor audits and due diligence reviews, participated in collective bargaining negotiations, handled complex labor litigation, and delivered hundreds of training sessions — both remotely and on-site — to workers, management teams and executives across multiple companies.

In 2024, he published his book "Acoso Laboral en Chile" (DER Ediciones) and has authored articles in peer-reviewed specialized journals.

Regarding personal data protection, he has advised on the implementation of compliance programs, conducted audits, and provided training. He also advises Data Protection Officers and, in some cases, acts as the Data Protection Officer himself.

He has lectured on these subjects at the undergraduate level at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as in postgraduate programs at Universidad de Chile, Universidad del Desarrollo and ESE Business School.

He is a member of the Chilean Ethics and Compliance Association, where he leads the Labor Compliance Working Group.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Society of Labor and Social Security Law.
